RELEVANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPS SENDER TO INSTRUCT THE RECIPIENT OR THIRD PARTY TO PAY

Important notice from UPS (applicable to all UPS channels): From now on, according to the relevant provisions of UPS, when all UPS express shipments arrive at the local customs clearance, if tariffs or other fees are incurred, if the recipient fails to pay or refuses to pay in time Fees, UPS will transfer tariffs or other fees to the sender to pay, regardless of whether the shipment is finally signed, destroyed, or returned, the tariffs issued by UPS’s official bill and other customs-related fees, the sender should bear all costs ultimate responsibility.
Therefore, please inform the receiver that after the shipment arrives at the local area, you must follow up in time and pay attention to paying the relevant fees. If the fee is transferred back to the sender’s account due to unpaid fees, your company will bear the fee issued by then, and will not notify in advance.
Please pay attention to this clause before shipping, and the shipment will be regarded as the default of the above clauses, and there should be no disputes.
